Do You panic for your Dreams or Do You endure Frustrations like 91% of French People?

I found interesting data about about French People, their Salary, their Work engagement and their Relation to Money:

1. The pleasure of working, the love of one's work or even one's company are motivating notions for only 20% of European employees - says a Study of ADP.
2. According to a report from the Social Affairs Committee of the National Assembly, in France, it is estimated that more than 3.2 million people suffer from unhappiness at work.
3. Only 9% of French People are satisfied with their Salary.

So French People are the European champions in terms of savings. They save for the rainy Days. And rainy Days are persistent since Covid and now with the Inflation.

I might be difficult for some People to increase their Value on the Marketplace. But, for People who have the Chance to be Employees in Corporations or regular Firms, Reinvention is possible to earn more and no more be afraid of "rainy Days".

In France, it is estimated that more than 3.2 million people suffer from unhappiness at work.

Despite the social pressure, one should not be forced to stay in a career he/she does not like.

Personally, I think we should design our Career as much as possible. I also think that Jobs are not rigid. Every Person has the right to change and get into an Industry If he/She wants it. It is not because someone studied one thing that She/He could not enter a new Domain/Industry. With the right Mindset, Training and Effort, designing a Career is possible.

There are many ways to design a Career and increase the Revenue:

• Stay on the same Job (if this make you happy) but create passive Incomes and invest
• Change frequently companies (and also create passive Incomes and invest)
• Go back to School and get an Advanced Executive Education. (Still create passive Incomes and invest)
• Create a Business (and create passive Incomes and invest)
