Do you own your career, or does your career own you?

Do you own your career, or does your career own you?

We surpassed 1200+ Career Consultations last week, assisting corporate executives across all continents with their global placements in the middle east.

Everyone wants a career in UAE, but we frequently ask many applicants, "Are you the right candidate for UAE?"

I always believe?a successful global talent acquisition requires three elements,?

  • Right Talent?
  • Right?Opportunity?
  • Right Time

Although this appears straightforward, most individuals cannot solve this equation.

Today, let's explore the three personality types I encounter during my Career Consultations.

  • Dreamers

Exceptional talent with a low threshold for risk. They are concerned about the adverse outcomes of the job application process. Mostly remain in the planning stage and continue investigating Global Placements.?What if things don't go according to plan is a recurring praise I hear from them.

Fear of failure prevents them from taking the essential steps towards a life of luxury in the UAE, global exposure, and higher salary. They regularly evaluate every place they can migrate and require a well-defined plan and approach.

  • Challengers?

Exceptional talent and self-assurance. They are extremely self-confident and willing to undertake the UAE Recruitment process since they believe they can handle everything independently. They prioritize hard work over smart work.

They will travel to UAE, attempt independently, spend their overall budget, fall victim to scammers, and then return home disappointed. I usually tell these applicants, "There is no need to reinvent the wheel; simply adhere to the procedure."

  • Warriors?

High intelligence and extraordinary talent. Their transition to a new career is well-planned. Each phase is meticulously prepared, ensuring that they adhere to the process. Guidelines, procedures, systems, updates, networking, and collaborations are familiar to them.

They are predominantly the most brilliant minds in every industry. They ensure they spend as little time as possible on the talent acquisition process and instead focus on their careers and day-to-day activities. Generally, these professionals secure employment within the shortest time frames.?

Always keep in mind that you are the creator of your destiny.

Only you can accomplish your career breakthrough.

Three questions you should ask yourself today?

  1. Why am I in a vicious career?circle? What quick steps must I take to make a global placement? Am I mentally and financially prepared for foreign assignments?
  2. Which industries will allow me to flourish in a global placement? What are the average rates of compensation? What should I do today to increase my global placement competitiveness?
  3. What are my challenges and obstacles? What is my strategy for overcoming obstacles and challenges? What deadlines do I need to meet? When will I be ready for a global placement??

I am confident that you are aware that obtaining an international placement needs much work. Hence, global talent acquisition is reserved for just the most placeable candidates.

A well-defined plan and a detailed road map could make your global placement achievable.

Now answer my million-dollar question "Do you own your career, or does your career own you?"

"Be A Brand, Be A Game Changer"
