Yes, it’s Friday.? As the world’s challenges continue to grow, for me this week has been all about savoring the tiny but positive changes I can find happening all around me.???

For example, we’ve been celebrating the graduation of our latest Certificate In Creating Wellbeing class . I was blown away by the amazing ways these students share the science of wellbeing into the world by:?

  • Translating the PERMAH Wellbeing Survey for people who are visually impaired so they can measure their wellbeing.?
  • Creating psychologically safe spaces to support the mental health and wellbeing of workers who help people after they have lost someone they love to suicide.?
  • Designing playful, positive interventions – from singing and dancing together to exercise challenges – to support teachers and staff across our schools in their wellbeing.?
  • Building an evidence-based framework for CALMER parenting, supported by a set of beautiful action cards for new parents.?

Many of the participants shared that one of their biggest a-ha moments from the program is that when it comes to caring for wellbeing “tiny is mighty.” With this in mind, here are three ideas that might help you look after yourself and others:?
