Do you need to say NO more often?
I hope you've had a happy and productive week so far. ??
Are you generally running out of time because you're over-commiting? Do you have a difficult time saying no to others? Do you ever get to work on the things that are important to you? Interesting questions, right? Saying yes is often the easy option, the low conflict option, but it's not always the right option. In April's blog post I talk about? Why we need to learn to say no more often?if we want to keep our sanity and not endanger our mental health.
You might remember that I asked you last week for about 3 minutes of your time to fill in a quick survey. I'm looking for ideas around what you would like to know about personal productivity, only 3 questions, super quick. If you haven't had the chance to do it, would you be so kind, please?
