Should you hire an experienced SEO professional?

These are the rough times for business, especially in this COVID era and high competition in the market, especially with competitors from all over the world who are not always playing the correct game, and they often ruin the market by offering a low-quality service at a very low cost.

But every entrepreneur should ask himself, is it sustainable to go with the flow and higher lower quality personnel, or it is better to hire the best available on the market and go with them? The answer is simple and clear, just as in the case of the service the company is offering. The higher quality is always better in the long term and would mean a huge difference in final company success and revenue.

A giant ship's engine failed. The ship’s owners tried one expert after another, but none of them could figure out how to fix the engine.

So they wrote the old man a note saying, “Please send us an itemized bill.

The man sent a bill that read:

Tapping with a hammer………………….. $ 2.00

Knowing where to tap…………………….. $ 9,998.00

The effort is important, but knowing where to make an effort makes all the difference!

You are not paying your best and most experienced employees for the one hour, one day, or month of their work, but you are paying them for all their 20 years of experience, their continuous learning, sleepless nights, and tears they had invested into their self-development and experience, to be where they are now. They are bringing to you whole their life experience, not just 8 hours a day sitting in your office.

The conclusion is very clear! You should hire the best available professional you can find on the market. Knowing the difference between an SEO specialist and an experienced SEO professional is essential, as they can bring you a huge difference in your company and revenue. Highly experienced people can often solve problems that junior people would need weeks and months to solve, probably not reaching the expected result. Of course, this can be applied to all other staff in your Company, not only to an SEO professional.

Do you need a dedicated SEO professional?

This is the next question from the heading and is also very important for the quality of your business and future growth.

It’s completely clear that, when you are a small startup with just a few people employed, it’s impossible to have dedicated persons for every task, but as your company is growing, you should seriously consider hiring dedicated staff for specific tasks.

If you have a dedicated and yet experienced professional working on your side, whom you trust and motivate properly, you can expect your business curve to grow and bring you to the TOP, but you have to give your professional freedom to give his best.

If your SEO specialist is dedicated to his main task, he will be on top of the industry and bring you 100% of results.

On the other side, if your professional has to do more things, that are not related to his specialization and in which he may be not confident, the performance would drop down, as on the image in the heading, and you will be receiving only a percent’s of the complete expected result, instead of whole hundred percent.

Ask yourself, are you ready to risk losing hundreds of thousands of euros while saving only a few thousand on a salary for a few more persons? Still not talking about the fact that your good specialist may leave you because he was overwhelmed and not rewarded enough.

These risks are not always sustainable for a company, and many companies are often looking for new staff, over and over, not understanding clearly why good people leave them and why they are not satisfied.
