The Business Analyst can tell you exactly what the business needs, and what it doesn’t.
The Business Analyst can tell you when the business needs the project. Sometimes timing is everything.

The Business Analyst can tell you who’s going to be affected, and how.
The Business Analyst can solve inevitable problems.
