I wasn't going to name this article because you know, thats quite an elusive question, but there it is right in front of you. Similar to the Doctor Strange question in Doctor Strange 2 where they ask Strange, " Are you happy?"
These two questions two peas in a pod so interrelated that I feel like in order to achieve one you got to achieve the other.
So I'll lay these questions out in front of you more for my sake then for yours because I need it but also because I feel like it hasn't an impact yet. You are reading the question like you read a tweet or you read anything these days trying to find the truth, the ounce of wisdom, the good, the bad, the thing that gets on your nerve or makes you excited. Trying to figure out what I'm getting too and not asking if its true. The thing is I think we're all going through the day to day waiting, waiting for something amazing to happen, something grand, something that will make us feel these two things. So that's why I asked not that I'm here to justify myself but the 2 points again.
Let me ask you though are these emotions/feelings these expressions only stemmed from the moments of excitement or the moments of dullness. The moments where the day to day is not there and only filled to the brim with with everything you need to do. If for example that you could find no happiness in the day to day and the only way you could achieve it is to do what you see online, Buy things, achieve things, travel, hang out with people constantly, enjoy your life to the fullest.

Maybe its my introvert nature but I'm not so sure about that just think of little kids/people every day waking up to see the world, to experience something new, to play. They have a life that's different and thats what I feel like we need more of here. That's not what are life is though but maybe it could be a little more so I'll ask again.
You might be worried now about me and my safety especially if I say I can't answer yes to both of these and thats good. The thing is though these questions aren't stemmed from me but from my surrounding and I feel like there important to ask when it comes to changes we make. I can write all about setting goals and achieving things about running marathons and things on my mind but whats the point if you're miserable. I can write all the tricks and styles, all the different quips that will make you feel a certain way. Though there's no need to do it because a question will always more impact. I want to make an impact not just write something that will make me go viral or make people mad, but I guess that's not your supposed to do, "Trust me I'm lying", says I'm doing it wrong.
Anyway before you make goals for the New Year, before you make and set goals you need a star something to follow and these are my two questions. The thing I follow to understand and figure out am I doing what I want to do. Is my day the day I want and the life I want and if not what can I do to change. This is what I do I ask these questions and make everything point to these questions and then I think you'll keep your goals them more likely then you wouldn't because you actually have a reason and they actually mean something. Anyway this is my North Star? What's yours?
