Do you know your Leadership Compass?
Today, I want to dive into a topic that is often overlooked but holds immense power in shaping your leadership and impact: knowing that your leadership journey was built as a result of your good and bad life experiences.?
Our life experiences and filters are only unique to each if us - as there are no two of us that will walk the face of the earth again - there will be no two of us alike in who we have had our parents, our childhood, etc... these are uniquely ours.?
And guess what - due to these experiences and the lives we have lived - we have built as a core set of characteristics that serve as our leadership compass. These that we lean most in toughest of times.?
These characteristics are the essence of who we are as leaders and compromising them would mean being out of alignment with our true selves.?
In tough times or when you feel out of alignment to who you are - Did you use your leadership compass... the one that is uniquely yours?
Have you discovered it or want to know how to discover it??
It begins with self-reflection and introspection - #INNERWORK
Getting really clear on your leadership compass is some of the most important INNER WORK a leader can do for themselves and the people they lead. Your leadership then can become purposeful while creating a ripple effect that extends far beyond your immediate sphere of influence.
So, my fellow leaders, the question is... do you want to embark on a journey of self-discovery and embrace your unique leadership compass - to lead with clarity, passion, and authenticity, to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve?
If so - How about NOW as a good time - let's connect and get started.
