Do you know your customer's journey?

Do you know what your customer is looking at before they "fall off the wagon"?

Yes? No? Maybe so? ??

The only point of this post is to say...

You NEED to be paying attention to what your customers are doing.

As a business owner or entrepreneur, understanding the process from browser to buyer is essential.

Plain and simple.

This is a screenshot of a Facebook Ads account that showcases the Return On Ad Spend (ROAS, for short).



What we've done is set up ads that show the products that the browsers were looking at before they left the site/funnel/page/cart/etc.

These are called Dynamic Ads for Products.

I love these because:

#1: They're dynamic, all we have to do is set them up correctly, and FB will do the rest.

#2: They meet the browser where they are in their customer journey. You could kinda say these act like a personalized sales team.

#3 9 times out of 10 these are SUPER profitable. In this example, we can see that they are making around $4-$11 for every dollar we feed the ads. **boom emoji**

So to wrap things up:

-Understand your customer's journey inside and out.

-Understand the things they look at/want the most.

-Show them what they want to evoke the emotional response.

-Let the Ad Platform automate this process.

-Collect that $$,$$$.
