Do you know the sources of your energy?

Do you know the sources of your energy?

by Marija Dukovska-Pavlovska

We, humans, are like capacitors: we accumulate energy, we can transfer the energy or stabilize the energy where needed.

All living creatures need energy for functioning. We, as humans, are part of that system and we need energy for performing our everyday activities.

Not talking about the food as energy for our body but what feeds our emotions and our souls. That is the energy that we need for successful managing throughout the day, energy that gives us speed and congruence and allows us to be ourselves.

Many times, I asked myself what the source of this kind of energy is and I started to observe: when I have energy, when I am feeling drained. How do I feel after a conversation with my family, friends and colleagues, how do I feel after being alone with myself, how do I feel after completion of activities, how do I feel when I support people around me and how do I feel when I see changes and improvements in personalities.

All of these are situations when I feel energized and positive with the feeling that I can move a mountain.

Have you already identified your energy sources?

Are you energized today?

Get charged and go towards your mountain!
