Thankfully, LinkedIn offers a powerful tool called Boolean search that can help you streamline your candidate search process and uncover hidden gems. In this article, we'll guide you through the basics of Boolean search on LinkedIn, so you can find the perfect candidates with ease.

What is Boolean search?

Boolean search is a technique that allows you to combine keywords and search operators to refine your search queries and get more accurate results. By using specific commands, such as "AND," "OR," and "NOT," you can narrow down your search and focus on candidates who meet your specific requirements.
