Do you know about the other AI that confronts humanity more than the AI we already know ?

We are becoming more judgmental than ever before. I am not sounding an alarm bell but simply stating the truth. We just need to think on this issue and I bet we will realise the seriousness of the matter. We somehow are in a great hurry to judge everything that we see, hear and listen about. We do not want to be left behind in this race of judging eveything and most importantly the people.

In the age of social media we decide our likes, retweets, re-shares, comments etc within moments. We are getting conditioned to value judge people, process, things etc instantly. Our Role Models and Villains are decided by mere one post or by one visuals alone. We are not giving the chance to law of averages also on this issue. We do not care. We only judge it seems.

It seems we are obligated to decide on everything. We do not want to wait, think, ponder, contemplate, inquire, investigate etc on matters of importance. We simply cannot or else we will miss out on something. The FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) factor has overwhelmed us beyond sanity.

The Propaganda is deciding for us. Most of the time it is not our mind (intellect) but the eyes (Propaganda ) that are deciding things for us. Our Impatience in decision making is forcing us towards a culture of strong likes and strong dislikes. It appears that there is no middle ground existing in between the two poles. it is just the two extreme sides.

What is happening is simply scary. The Eye Culture (Visuals) defeating the Mind Culture (Intellect ) is creating “Analytical Infirmity( AI)" in society.?But the most dangerous aspect is the “Analytical Infirmity”( AI) is slowly seeping into the leadership culture. This is creating biased decision making in the ecosystem of humanity. The middle ground or the middle range theory in decision making is simply vanishing.

As is the individual mind, the same seems to be the collective mind and believe me it actually is becoming the leadership mind too. The maturity in leadership is clearly missing in the world today otherwise war, chaos, inequality, injustice etc would not have been possible. The increasing “Analytical Infirmity( AI)" in leadership and society is likely to destroy the humanity much before the "Artificial Intelligence (AI)" even comes near it. This is the greatest threat of our times.

Our Leadership does not come from the far off galaxies. They come from our society itself. The increasing “Analytical Infirmity”( AI) is inimical for the future leadership to solve the humanity problems. Value Judgement, Hasty decisions, Extreme Opinions and Split Second Emotions are the least preferred qualities in any leadership.?But we see these qualities worldwide and hence more problems are confronting humanity today.

We must realise that the Visionary leadership uses their intellect more than their eyes. Their decision making is based more on research, facts, processes, experiences, experiments, trial and error etc rather than on irrational methods.

It is because of our reliance more on our eyes ( the visual fact) than our mind (critical analysis) that we are so easily succumbing to the fake news. We are getting carried away immediately just because our eyes sees it and we do not feel the need to confirm it from our mind. This has become the problem of our age and sadly the our leadership and role models are also not immune to it. The result is chaos, mistrust and divisions in society worldwide.

It is time for us to defeat the “Analytical Infirmity”( AI) present within us and make the world a better place for all. It starts with us first. Leaders are a great follower of the people. They will have no option but to follow the people if we defeat our “Analytical Infirmity”( AI) first within us.
