Do you know this organization?

You should...

Recently, Larry Dittmann (the head of ExecuStar) and I had a great conversation about how I help good people become great leaders. At the end, he asked me to submit a proposal on the value I might offer to help the ExecuStar participants improve their Leadership readiness. I thought sharing the prime components of that proposal might help you. See what you think & let me know.

The value KiVisions can provide is a function of:

1. KiVisions’ Ideal Clients are Leaders of Leaders (primarily C-Suite) in organizations who have big visions and big purpose. These executives take seriously their role and are searching for a way to effectively develop Competent, Compassionate, Collaborative leaders. As such, they are committed to True Excellence. Deep down, they have a sincere desire to Unlock, Engage, & Optimize the potential in their organization & all their crew members. A key feature: they desire true ROI in the process and want to associate with a company geared in this manner.

2. Some of our well-meaning competitors offer solutions without first defining the problem. Our niche, as The Executive’s Ally, is to be capable and flexible to orient the solution to meet the client’s needs. Typically this requires a mix of coaching, mentoring, consulting, and teaching. The most frequent problem we solve is what we call The Leader’s Dichotomy: How to Increase Productivity AND Decrease Turnover.

3. The System we use, 5 Tools to Transform Your Leadership, was built over 30+ years in the trenches of the world’s greatest leadership laboratory. It was borne out of an epiphany I had in my first true Position of Authority that connected my flying background to my requirements to lead organizations: What it takes to get an aircraft or organization off the ground and to its destination are amazingly similar. The proprietary tools we use have a direct connection to aviation, which provides an easy to remember framework when dealing with virtually any leadership issue.

4. Other key differentiators include: We work to ensure the right people, get the right material, at the right time, and in the right way.

5. The primary outcome we desire: Raving Fans who believe we helped them solve the Leader’s Dichotomy, clamor for more, and can’t wait to share our solutions with others.

Please let me know when you would like to go to the next step.
