- Understand the market and industry. For links, scroll to the bottom of the page
- Gather right requirements from hiring managers for the role. You can use LinkedIn Talent Insights to go into the meeting like a pro
- Assign recruiter licenses?only to active?sourcers/recruiters ( see here the?Types of licenses and permissions?)
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers directly by assigning them a Hiring Project Collaborator license and adding them to your projects.
- Share that you are hiring
- Recruitment is not only a recruiter job >> involve the employees (see the other post to find concrete actions on how to involve the employees)
- Finally active source with new features and AI (more in my next article)
- Track your progress with reports from your recruiter dashboard
