Do you know how to use your tools?... the Why and How to source on LinkedIn!

The "Why"?

  1. LinkedIn has 1Bn+ professionals and real-time data, and you can find and hire the right people to grow your business and make it thrive.
  2. 4.9M+ talent professionals actively use LinkedIn.
  3. 700,000+ companies use LinkedIn to source and hire.
  4. Every minute 8 people are hired on LinkedIn


The "How" to source effectively?

  1. Understand the market and industry. For links, scroll to the bottom of the page
  2. Gather right requirements from hiring managers for the role. You can use LinkedIn Talent Insights to go into the meeting like a pro
  3. Assign recruiter licenses?only to active?sourcers/recruiters ( see here the?Types of licenses and permissions?)
  4. Collaborate with Hiring Managers directly by assigning them a Hiring Project Collaborator license and adding them to your projects.
  5. Share that you are hiring
  6. Recruitment is not only a recruiter job >> involve the employees (see the other post to find concrete actions on how to involve the employees)
  7. Finally active source with new features and AI (more in my next article)
  8. Track your progress with reports from your recruiter dashboard
