The following four steps can help you solve technical problems.
NO1. Buck pressure: the adsorption bed is adsorbed at a high pressure and then drops to a low pressure, usually close to atmospheric pressure, at which time a part of the adsorbed components are desorbed.
NO2.Vacuum extraction: after the adsorption bed is reduced to atmospheric pressure, in order to further reduce the partial pressure of the adsorbed components, the vacuum extraction method can be used to reduce the pressure of the adsorption bed, so as to obtain better regeneration effect. However, this method increases the power consumption.
NO3. Rinsing: the partial pressure of the adsorbed component decreases with the passage of the rinsing gas, and the degree of regeneration of the adsorbent depends on the amount and purity of the rinsing gas.
NO4.Substitution: a gas with strong adsorption capacity is substituted from the adsorbent by the previously adsorbed components.
