1.?The general process

The?general process of casting is to put aluminum liquid into the melting furnace, add ingredients such as silicon and magnesium for smelting. And talking out the impurities, take samples and analyze them. If the composition is unqualified, then adjust the composition. When the composition is qualified, It’s time to cast them and the aluminum bar is formed, then we hanging the aluminum bar, and the furnace number is finally marked.

2.?Aluminum liquid

Our factory is very close to the aluminum mine, It is more convenient for us to obtain raw materials and the transportation?cost is lower. Therefore, we can use 99.99% pure aluminum liquid for manufacturing. The liquid is still very hot, reaching a high temperature of 800 degrees Celsius, and people dare not approach it easily. 1)?We use 99.99% pure aluminum liquid, but most factories?use?aluminum ingots for processing， and aluminum ingots are converted?from aluminum liquid， so this part of the middle will save a large part of?processing costs and labor costs.

2)?The purity of aluminum liquid is higher， and the time?required for aluminum liquid casting is shorter than that of aluminum?ingot casting.

3)?Furthermore，our factory is strongly supported by the state?in terms of electricity bills. We all know that aluminum profiles are also?called electric tigers ， which consume a lot of electricity. That is why our?quality is good and the price is lower than other factories.

3.?Some knowledge?

Here is some knowledge for everyone. The source of?aluminum liquid is bauxite， and the main components of bauxite are?58.56％ aluminum oxide and 17.3％ iron oxide， forming the aluminum?liquid we need.

Add the aluminum liquid to the melting and casting furnace and?also add the ingredients. The ingredients are mainly magnesium and?silicon. They are added according to the ratio， usually 1: 1.73/1: 1.4， and?the ratio depends on the hardness. The common aluminum alloy used）

for doors and windows is marked 6063-T5. Some customers like to use6063-T6. The difference between T5 and T6 is that the hardness is?different. The hardness of T6 is greater than T5， and the price is naturally?higher than T5. Therefore， we will pay great attention to adjusting the?ratio and strictly controlling.

We need to know that the more impurities，， the worse?the quality of the aluminum bar. Therefore， we will add slag?breakers and refining agents to remove impurities to make our?aluminum bar purer in composition and better in quality.

After adding magnesium and silicon to the aluminum liquid?stirring and removing impurities， we will conduct sampling and analysis. Check whether the content of aluminum， magnesium and silicon in the?sample is standard， and whether there are impurities in it. If there are?differences， we will continue to adjust the composition of unqualified?products， until the standard composition is produced， it can be cast.

After Casting and Hanging Rod， we can get Aluminum Bar. At that time we will use the Optical Emission Spectrometer test General Chemical?Composition of Alloy We also Tensile strength test and Hardness test. We have to confirm all content is up to the standard. Our standard is?base on GB/T 5237.1-2017.
