Since last few months the production capacity of mask in China is almost doubled. Even some companies are compromising on quality to just get instant benefit. In this scenario buyer should be aware of some important facts to check the quality of masks by himself.

In this post I will tell you about #KN95 masks. My Company is also dealing in KN95 mask, so i am facing this things on daily basis and trying my best to guide my clients.

1. KN95 is a local Chinese standard, do not mix it with EN standards.

2. There are mainly two types of KN95 in market 5 ply and 4 ply, even some companies are preparing 3 ply too. Prices will vary according to layers.

3. KN95 is available with valve and without valve. Prices for with valve mask are slightly higher than without valve.

4. Governing standard for KN95 is GB2626-2006.

5. After new revised custom laws. Chinese custom will not clear any shipment mentioned with CE mark or FDA mark.

6. Now it is compulsory to mention only Chinese standard on KN95. If you mentioned any other standard then your shipment will not be cleared by custom.

7. For custom clearance you need mainly two certificates CE and FDA. FDA is only compulsory for USA. For most of the countries only CE is enough.
