Do You Have So Much To Say?

Hello and Happy Monday!?
I'm jumping right in with a story. One of my clients was working through her journey of honoring that she no longer wanted to put other people above her on any kind of hierarchy. She claimed this with her mantra "I have a lot to say!" YEASSSSS !! Yes you do!!??
And you know what? I feel the same way! I have so much to say AND I realized this has kept me stuck from publishing this newsletter. I found it overwhelming to have to pick and choose! But I did have a conversation with a friend of mine (thank you!), and she helped me to snap out of it! Another reminder for me that no choice is right or wrong - it's all forward progress - and the real challenge is when you make no decision at all! Let this be another reminder for you to just pick the one micro action towards your goals and watch the magic unfold!?
Part of my 'choosing' conundrum has to do with the fact that I have so many new episodes on The Unlock Lab podcast!??To help YOU choose, I shared them below with their short description.
I also want to share an interview I did on another podcast: EMPOWEROGRAPHY, because not only did the host Brad Walsh have so many fantastic questions, but we also laughed a lot while talking about some really important topics! We covered a lot of ground related to leadership - and have highlighted some of the key topics here. But please, tune in and listen because there is so much more I had to say.?

In this episode I explain why it’s important to rip up the old playbooks of what the process is for looking for what’s next. Traditional thinking says – dust off that resume PRONTO. Not so fast my friends, because when we are in the pursuit of what’s next, we often have to process and clear the path we have recently been on – or in some cases go back way further. This enables you to get your mojo and your confidence back for going after what you want next. Tune in for inspiration and practical tips on what to do first.
