Do you have new year's resolutions or long term goals?

This came to mind today as inspiration struck to get ourselves ahead for 2023!!

Resolutions v Long term goals has a difference and it all depends on each individuals lifestyle be it personal or business related.

However when you marry the two then it becomes one in all areas as focusing on the self relationship is key in development.

Resolutions occur when inspiration and habit occurs that every year we need to focus on a particular area of our lives that need changing and thus people get excited and motivated however with no true action plan.. this tends to lose interest within the first week.

Why? - Lack of belief, lack of support, quick fix results expected and seeing no change, lack of discipline and lack of enthusiasm.

3 WAYS TO HELP WITH THE ABOVE ARE...

  1. JOURNAL - Write an action plan and see the daily changes or tweaks that you need to focus on.
  2. VISUALIZE - This can be done for 17 seconds or more and see the end result how you want your resolution to manifest in conscious reality.
  3. SEEK OUT AN ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNER - Having support from another person especially someone who has a resolution can be an boost to seeing your end results come to fruition.

So how do you combine lone term goals and see them through in 2023 and beyond?

You can combine your resolution if it is a habit you want change and connect the two however if you have a specific time frame then again focusing on the above can help.

However with long term goals especially if it business or personal related to achieve a certain amount of money or to manifest the right aligned clients or manifest your dream car and home, then this needs patience, trust, more action and again self belief and confidence.

3 WAYS TO FOCUS ON YOUR LONG TERM GOALS ARE...

  1. ACTION PLAN - Write down a daily action and tick off and thus see the changes and tweaks that need to be done along the way,
  2. AFFIRMATIONS - Sink the belief in your conscious and subconscious mind with positive afiirmations.
  3. SEE OUT A COACH - This can do wonders to have someone you can check in with on a weekly basis and identifying the main areas to focus, change and improve on along the way till you manifest your goals.
