Do You Have The Giving Gene?

When I first started speaking and leading, I assumed (incorrectly, of course) that everyone I met would have the "Giving Gene."

Fast forward twelve years, and I must tell you, this is not the case.

If you're one of my friends who recognizes the unique opportunity that giving offers to the Giver, read on.

If giving and making a difference isn't your jam, this probably won't be of interest.

Since you're still with me, I've got some juicy content to share with you this week.

There are 2 questions I commonly get asked when I meet a fellow Giver.

The first is, "Should I start my own Nonprofit?"

If starting a nonprofit isn't front of mind, but they would like to give, I get asked this second question instead "How do I choose a Nonprofit?"

I started working with my first nonprofit, CASA, as an advocate for foster children more than 30 years ago. I've had the honor to work with a variety of organizations that are doing their part to heal poverty every year since then.
