1 年While systems are essential, the system has to be individualized. I find the ChangeWorks Grid to be the most effective as it can actually predict performance. It motivates monitors, measures and manages change. It is dynamic, not static. Also we as leaders need to fist seek to UNDERSTNAD. Productivity is down 2.7 percent...the largest decrease in 75 years. The digitial dopamine addiction inflcting our work force is a huge factor and the neocortex is beoming dysfunctional and thus crticial thinking and creativity will be skill of the past if action is not taken. I think we have to fix the clog in the pipeline before applying any system. Then and only then can performace be increased and sustained. Challenging times!
