I would like to share a thought that I posted 3 years ago and this still holds true for me today.
“We touch the lives of others in ways we often never know. People sometimes come into our personal world for fleeting moments and can leave us forever changed. We have more power to create or to destroy than we can imagine. We can leave things or individuals better or worse than we found them.”

I firmly believe it is important to look for people who inspire us but also to be a source of inspiration to others.
Do you have the desire to inspire?
Today I would like to provide a few inspiration ideas:
1. See more in Others than they can see in Themselves:
If you would like to develop people, you have to look for the good attributes in them. What are their talents, strengths and want-haves? If you help others to become more successful, you will find it a very rewarding experience.
Simple sentences as the ones below can be encouraging and instil confidence in other people.
- “You will be the right wo(man) for this job”.
- “I know that you can do that. I believe in you.”
- “You will get a handle on this project in no time.”
- “You have a natural talent to make this work.”
- “This will be the ideal opportunity for you and I am here to support you along the way.”
2. Have the Courage to Be Human:
It is important to be human and to show others that we all have the opportunity to get better at what we do. Nobody is perfect and everyone has blind spots. The best of the best learn from their mistakes and get better at what they do. Share your personal story about how you got to where you are today. This can go a long way. Be vulnerable and it will make you admirable.
3. Your Vibe will attract your Tribe:
If you think good thoughts, you will feel good and your energy will be contagious. You will always get what you attract in your personal and in your professional life. People like to follow people who have a positive outlook on things and who give them hope for a better tomorrow.
