Chandrasekhar voluntarily left a city job and a comfortable family life to opt for a tougher power project job as leader at a young age of 23 years.?


He joined Bhoruka Power as Construction Manager. He became Executive Vice President in four years, and in two years then after, took the responsibility of a Whole Time Director.


Under his leadership, Bhoruka was steered from just being an OPP to a well-recognised green energy company. He believed that the Asian leaders should have the understanding and patience to work in their respective environment. They should work with the practical optimism. They should practice integrity, and be productivity driven. Their right and human approach would make them go miles in their personal and professional career.?


He was known for his integrity, philosophical outlook and humane approach. He believed in setting the processes right, and the results would follow. He was seen as a people’s manager. He was high on system orientation. He took special care to see that the top down orders were followed by a total buy in at all concerned levels.
