4/1 loan (construction/project, land purchase, takeout, permanent) for a fully ready project with a full set of documents at 1-4.5%
7/30/2019: Please note if you were not able to secure your project for funding in 2019, there still is plenty of time prior start of 4th Quarter Oct 1st to secure project funding. Anything after Oct 1st, would fund in 1st quarter 2020
Need to know the following to fast track funding:
1) Are you a project company principal ( borrower looking for project funding in the amount of 50M - 100B)?
2) If not, do you have a mandate in place to source funding from the project company principal ( borrower looking for project funding in the amounts of 50M - 100B USD)?
My time everyday is very focused/clean and I don't work with broker chains, etc.
If your answer is yes to either of the two questions above, then I invite you to have an introductory call with myself, to discuss me funding any fully ready projects you may have with all current documents.
On the call:
1) I can go over rates, terms, costs, etc.
2)First transaction would be a end loan for a fully ready project, 2nd transaction we may consider a JV.
3) Underwriting guidelines to get the loan, along with time frame for funding. Example projects in a bundle, we can fund the fully ready ones first, and others in the bundle as they become fully ready.
After the call:
1) I would send our documents to engage the financing if there is interest.
