A question I get very often is, “Do I need to do any work to the property before I sell it to you?” I’m usually asked this by homeowners when I first meet them.

The answer to that question is no. You do not have to do a single thing to your home before you sell it to me. In fact, some sellers want to sell their home to me because they want to avoid fixing or cleaning anything up.

“You don’t have to clean up or do anything to your home before we buy it from you.”

Part of the service we provide is that we will take care of cleaning up the property for the next buyer. You don’t have to clean, fix the bathroom, re-do the kitchen, or paint anything. We will factor in the cost of what needs to be done to the house when we submit an offer to you. Your offer will be all cash and as-is, and we will close with you at your convenience.
