Do You Have an Accurate Picture of God in Your Mind?

We all have an image of God in our minds. What’s yours?

When we picture Him as angry, we’re less likely to approach Him when we’re struggling.?

If we think He’s keeping score, we assume we’ll never measure up.?

If we picture Him as an impersonal force that’s inside everyone and everything, we’ll work hard to uncover the formula or technique for knowing Him.?

***But what if our picture of God is a loving Father?***

Imagine how we will experience peace during struggles, contentment while we wait, and guidance during uncertainty.?

“How great is the love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know Him.” (1 John 3:1)
