These are the topics of the important conversations I have been having since the beginning of the week with my clients and community members, with my friends and family.

They are not always comfortable thing to talk about - especially at the times when the voices of our Inner Critic are too loud.

So how did these conversations start?

Right after an empowering Monday morning 1:1 coaching session to unlock courage and abundance with energy and mindset shift, my client - a therapist and coach - made a bold move and offered their first high-ticket package at the end of a discovery call.

In our weekly group coaching session later we celebrated another client whose authentic live videos started attracting the right people, who'd send DMs with inquiries about how to start working with my client.

Inspired by the great Monday, I chose SELF-WORTH to be in the centre of the Co-Creation Circle in the Blooming Confidence Club on Tuesday.

We did a follow up conversation in the Mid-Week Round Table on Wednesday (the replay is available in my free FB community Clarity & Confidence Academy for changemakers).

This morning, just before taking the dogs out on their first walk for the day, I checked in my Blooming Confidence Club community space.

I found a request to include an "opening to receive money" ritual in the live Energy Activation session that I am hosting for my free and paid communities later today, at 2:00pm UK.

The energy of money is one that we can open or block, grow or restrict.

Money is neutral.

It can be used for good or for bad.

It can be treated and charged with love or hatred.

It can fuel joy, growth, inspiration, adventure, foster connections and exponential positive impact.

My friend came back from a short trip last night right after the heavy summer rain and thunderstorm, and we sat to talk over a glass of refreshing Chardonnay about our new journey to the beach tomorrow.

We made plans, talked about empathic communication, heart connections, touched upon the aspects of happy money (quoting Ken Honda).

We acknowledged the importance of money in our own lives not just for the sake of cumulating it and growing it, but as a catalyst of positive experiences and deeper bonds with the ones we love.

The last time I did the money energy ritual for myself, when I stepped into it, I felt its joyful warm energy and saw beautiful scenes of connection and celebration:

• happy families getting together at the airport;
• a little girl bringing a huge flower bouquet to her mom in the hospital;
• a young couple climbing up the highest summit of a majestic mountain.
