Do you feel stuck?

You want to move. You want to make a change. You want to break the same scenario you repeat every day. You want to make a difference, but in your mind, with your thoughts, you feel trapped. You can see other people on social media sharing their success, their accomplishments, their joy over the things that they have managed to reach. While you, you feel stuck in your mind with no clue where to start.
Embrace that “stuck” feeling, don’t force yourself to do something if you are not interested. Give yourself time to search for ideas and convert them into your own ideas that feel the most authentic to you and start building them. Some ideas take hours to create, some take days, even months. The only person rushing you to feel “unstuck” is yourself, therefore, tell that person that feeling stuck is part of the process.
Every progress is different. Whenever the “stuck” period comes, we are prone to make a change. Don’t drink coffee from the white cup, drink it from a pink cup. That is a change. A step to making the “stuck” feeling go away. As meaningless as they seem, small steps can lead to a big change and they should be enjoyed. You don’t have to have all figured out right away – embrace the progress of change that will get you a long way.
To feel stuck is not a bad thing. Therefore, allow yourself to feel stuck – take time to learn about yourself, what you like and dislike, search for ideas, imagine them and write down what sparks little excitement in you. Take that “stuck” feeling as an opportunity to embrace who you are and what you have accomplished so far. Small things are accomplishments, not necessarily seen by others, but they are part of you and your journey.
