If it is a job or a promotion you need, look at job advertisements for such roles, look at the skills that are commonly required and start working towards gaining them.

ChatGPT, The New Talk in Town
The continuous invention of AI has kept HR professionals on their toes as we now welcomed the new tech in town, ChatGPT.
ChatGPT, developed by the San Francisco-based AI company OpenAI, is a chatbot that ingests data, then uses that data to answer queries “in a conversational way.” It can communicate with users, answer follow-up questions and challenge incorrect assumptions.
AI has immensely proven to be supportive in executing HR activities better and this will be no different.
So far, AI has been able to predict workforce needs to assist workforce planning. It facilitates talent acquisition via targeted job postings, tracking candidates and assessing skills. It improves retention through data generated by exiting employees and uses internal surveys to identify learning needs so the right employees take the right courses.
For HR, ChatGPT provides a workable toolset to address needs in communications, coordination, learning and logistics. However, AI has always been known to be generative with time and there are a whole lot of new possibilities with ChatGPT including carrying out interviews and recruitment processes, simplifying learning programs, and more.
A resounding question is what will HR do with it, would it be embraced here in Nigeria considering the amount of chores and jobs it would relieve?
