I get it man...

Kids need taking care of, business requires your attention, time and energy. Where do you find the time to exercise and eat healthy?

To be honest it's the last thing you want to do after a long stressful day.

But you feel guilty because you know you should be doing something but aren't doing it.

You're getting older and you've developed a belly and it's making you feel down and unattractive.

All of these bad habits have accumulated which is affecting your energy and confidence at work and at home.

The thing is you want to lose weight and get in shape but you also have a sweet tooth, you love a beer and the thought of going back to a gym is debilitating.

You don't HAVE to go the gym, give up sweet stuff or beers to lose weight and get in shape.


Here's 3 ways you can achieve that..


1 - Focus on making small improvements in your diet rather than eliminating stuff

Imagine going to a strip club full of naked women dancing with their boobs out...

Now imagine someone telling you to NOT look at the boobs.

What's the first thing you'll do?

You'll look at the boobs.

Diet is no different. Tell yourself you can't have it? You'll want it more.

A small improvement, could be anything, will make a huge difference. Imagine one small improvement a week.

Very powerful.

Could be focusing on drinking more water, adding more protein, having one healthier meal instead of buying rubbish at the shops.


2 - You could do a workout in your lunch break or something..

Even 20 mins is enough, get a little sweat on or get out for a walk.

Start where you're at. Cos you know you can't go back to where you left off don't you.

The days that you were 'beasting' it at the gym.

You'll be so sore and exhausted afterwards that you'll not even go back.

And to be honest we all like a good sweat but that old approach of going hard is the reason why you gave up.

Eventually you burn out and things get in the way.

Start from where you are now and do a little more that last week and build up your confidence from there.


3 - Be consistent

You know this right?

Consistency pays off.

It's how business keeps ticking over.

It's how everything in life keeps ticking over.

Consider what DRIVES you to be consistent in those areas.

It's the FEELING you get from achieving things.

That's what everyone wants. The feeling.

Now consider the feeling you will get from looking after your health better..

You'll have more confidence and energy at work.

You'll look better so you'll feel better about yourself.

You'll have more drive to get things done.

Consistency does not mean you need to be consistently perfect.

Some days will be harder than others...

But if you keep going you'll be successful...

It's the same with anything in life isn't it?
