I’ve been working on something new. (Cue ta da sound)
And this one is a game-changer.?
I’ve been in the leadership development space for almost 25 years. (Yep, I’m old enough to have earnt my silver hair stripes)
I’ve weathered many storms. (Gosh haven’t we all these past few years)
Learned how to build successful teams and grow individuals. (As in awesome teams who do epic things)
Learned how to have courageous conversations and give valuable feedback. (And even enjoy it!)
Learned how to get clear on my vision and the impact I want to have. (100,000 leaders developed and 10,000 trees planted is the goal)!
Learned how to manage up and influence the boardroom. (Note to self, take off your hat)
Learned how to build credibility and know, like, trust. (Even when it was uncomfortable to put myself out there)?
Learned how to balance strategic planning and operational excellence. (Yep I had to learn to do detail even though I’m a strategic thinking woman)
Learned how to overcome nerves and present confidently with power. (This one was a game changer)
Learned how to build a career without burnout of self and churn of staff. (A hard earned lesson I don’t want to repeat)
I have also impacted thousands of government and corporate leaders already with my facilitation, workshops, coaching and trainings. To date I’ve helped over 23,000 managers become leaders people want to follow, improve their personal brand and reputation, grow their confidence, competence and credibility and increase their income and land new senior roles through my programs.?
Many managers and leaders come to work with me because of the transformation they have seen in me since my early days as a Public Affairs Officer at a local Health Service.
They have followed my journey, seen the career shifts from Officer to Manager to Director of a large government regulator and now to being the coach, advisor and confidante to the CEO, Boards and the leaders of leaders.?
And they want exactly to grow like that too.
They are building their supervisory and management skills, yet they don’t know how shift from operational to strategic.
They are unsure how to grow and build their career path plan without it just being work, work, work more.
They don’t know how to brand and position themselves confidently for opportunities, secondments and promotions.?
They are unsure of how to increase their influence or become the “go to” person for the executive team.
They don’t have the knowhow and skills yet to transition from being a detailed manager in the trenches to being a leader and guide for their people, showing the way courageously.?
