Do YOU Dread Mondays?

Ok so lets be honest with each other right now....

Do you get to Sunday evening and think to yourself, oh sh%! its Monday ALDREADY (see what I did there?).

Then its Monday morning and you have zero motivation to go to work apart from the fact you have bills and they need paying the thought of getting back into the office and hearing everyone's dramas whilst trying to get work done is nauseating...

But, you dust yourself down (metaphorically speaking) get ready and go to work, just 4 hours until lunch time, if you get one today..

And the thing is this dread for Monday is causing a bigger problem tan you realise because you're getting home from work, tired fed up and maybe stressed, so a glass of wine/bottle of beer or two to help you chill and some food-

That's the start of the vicious cycle Elly and I see almost daily from people who are struggling with their weight, mindset and lifestyle and working in the corporate world, one or two drinks isn't an issue right?

Well possibly not, but if you feel you need it, perhaps it could be an issue.

Anyways, I used to have this opinion "if you dread Mondays you need a new job" and to a degree I think it could be true, however its not that easy because I've seen first hand people-

Job hopping looking for the 'ideal job' and reality is, in the modern world demands on employees are high, but that pressure is always coming from those above no matter what industry.

In fact about 3 years ago I was working for myself and still had more pressure than I could deal with and pushed me toward anxiety and depression and in serious need of re-evaluating my work choices
