That's why this week, I'm sharing a way of improving belonging and kick-starting a series of authentic and meaningful conversations with your team.?

It's called Manual of Me & MyTeam.?

This is a straightforward tool yet a powerful way to communicate with others on how to best work with you and, as a collective, how to best work as a team. These are all the things that need to be true for you and your team to maximise collective potential and thrive in the workplace.?

While a simple tool, it helps unlock conversations you never thought possible or might find awkward to start. More importantly, it is a safe and easy way to discuss differences and strengthen your relationships with each other.?

I first started using this when I was still at Deloitte Consulting, and I've adapted my own version to use with my clients in our leadership coaching programmes. This is a fun and engaging way to address meaningful topics with your team without spending a lot of money.
