I broke up with my boyfriend at 25, and The reason was, I simply didn’t have that feminine charm.
Like most people, I was extremely distressed. The reason why I broke up was that I wasn’t lady like. I was unshackled like a wild horse and yearned for freedom. Literally, I was not inferior to any man, but saying bluntly, I was somehow out of femininity. I was such a nerd, knowing how to be a top student and get scholarships, but having no sense of fashion and sophistication.
I always believed I would turn from an ugly duckling into a white swan someday I put on my wedding dress, and at that moment he would be amazed by my charm. Unfortunately, I lived in the plot of idol drama set by myself, and did not see that moment, so I felt lost for a long time.
Now , there’s been major life change becoming more fascinating ,charming than ever before and of course full of femininity. Obviously people in my life come and go. From the inexperienced panic to the mature capability, I am aware that love can rejoice people’s hearts. I talk with myself, understand what I really need and find the guy, the career and clothes that fit me just right.

At 30, left my job, packed
my bags and embarked on a travelling adventure of course, so I can find that
direction and that lost forgotten inner peace.

I’m perhaps not good at breaking up, giving up and leaving, but I know that if I want a brand new life, I must reshuffle and own the courage to leave everything behind in the past so I firmly gave up my stable job in a foreign company and started my own world tour for career and life I have always desired. Tasting delicious food from northern to southern Italy, seeing the historical monuments in Great Britain. Also travelling through more than half Cuba in a classic American Cadillac from the 60’s, smoked cigars in Havana and drank aging and fine rum when overlooking the old city of Havana in the hotel where Hemingway once lived.
The one-year tour let me accumulate a lot of experiences. During this long trip, I gradually found the right direction in my future. Then I picked up the pen, took up the camera and went back to media circle again. Having strengthening my faith, I resolutely began the hard business and set up an official WeChat account focusing on the high-end lifestyle. I recorded what I experienced these years to share with more like-minded friends, became the invited writer of the travel column of a well-known magazine. I also founded the high-end private party MisM in Shanghai, active at every social, media circles and party scenes.

Nevertheless, I didn’t lose myself in my busy life, but seeing more clearly only when possessing the right career can a woman’s life be richer and most importantly gain more respect.
