I had won the trust of my seniors, as they put me in this position.

But I ?????? ???? ?????? ?????? ?????????? ???? ???? ?????? ????????.

I did not see myself how others saw me…

The potential I had.

Why did I have these thoughts?

I was still the person who had never managed a large team.

It was so simple, yet so effective.

And the trust between me and the team grew.

We went through a lot of ups and downs.
