Do you analyze?

Do you analyze?

Do you analyze?

It’s in the name, right??

Digital analyst?

But do you really analyze that often??

In the world of digital analytics, implementation more often than not steals the spotlight, leaving analysis in the deep shadows in the furthest corner of the agenda - and maybe it’s time we address it… again.?

The obsession with tracking setups, tagging, and data collection dominates because, frankly, without clean, structured data, analysis can’t happen.?

No data, no analysis,?

hell, no AI.

It’s the lifeblood of any modern business strategy.?

But here's the kicker: businesses are so focused on capturing every click, scroll, and action that they forget the real power lies in interpreting that data.

Making it work.??

The flood of new platforms, constant privacy updates, and technical challenges make implementation a beast, but analysis and activation is where the magic happens

Turning raw data into strategic actions.

Would be nice right??

I Need your Help: Cohort edition

Never try to build a cohort alone

Talked to Ton Wesseling about my masterclasses in GA4 campaign tracking and his message back was so clear...

"That's really old school, what people want now are cohorts"

And when I talked to Matthew Brandt his message was...

The same.

So to show I listen I'm almost at a point where I feel ready to launch my first cohort.

But first, I need your help.

I can’t make it amazing without hearing from you!

Your feedback is the secret ingredient, the super sauce and the cherry on top that helps me improve and ensure we deliver exactly what you need.

please spend 3 minutes to answer 5 questions

So please spend 3 minutes to answer 5 questions and share what it would take for you to join or recommend a cohort on "Advanced GA marketing tracking: Going beyond "by the book"

Tell me what you want

p.s. I am actually still old school enough to do a Masterclass, just reach out to [email protected], to start that conversation.

The Illusion of Data Perfection: Why We Care and Don’t Care About the Data We Have:

As digital analysts, the core of our job is translating what the data says about the business so we can use that knowledge to improve it. It's pretty simple, awesomely valuable, and radically focused on facts.

But sometimes this focus on facts gets sidetracked by ambitions, good intentions, or plain old sabotage into a magnificent serving of accidental self-deception, where we think we are doing a good job. Still, we have actually and most often unknowingly gone down the dark side. We end up creating facts that are not there.

This session shares real-world examples and gives an operational overview so you can check for yourself if, where, and how far you have strayed from the path, adjust, and get back on track. This is just a scoop of the full Session but you can always visit www.steen.fyi or email us at [email protected] for the full session.?

CRO & Coffee: 4 Dimensions of CRO

I had the pleasure of sitting down with Ole Gregersen , the mind behind the Conversionboost Conference in Copenhagen. What was supposed to be a quick chat turned into an extensive conversation that spanned three podcast episodes! We delved deep into the nuances of CRO, sharing insights, reflections, and plenty of anecdotes along the way.

One of the highlights was discussing the "4 dimensions of CRO." Trust me, these dimensions offer a perspective that's likely different from what you're expecting.

The episodes are recorded in Danish, but thanks to the myriad of AI translation tools available today, language won't be a barrier. So there's no excuse not to tune in! ??
