Do you already know the cure?

Do you already know the cure?

Everyone seems to be searching for the magic information that will make a big difference in their lives.

The truth is... you already know.

For all of us, what's missing is not any new information, but the determination and discipline to do the most important things we already know.

We keep chasing new information like magpies gathering shiny baubles, then cast them aside as we grab the next bright and shiny new thing.

What do you already know that you should do, but don't do?

Does your inner voice say "Well, that's good for other people" or "It would probably not work for me" or "I'm not good enough to make it work" or "I will start that tomorrow"?

What you are really saying inside is that you aren't motivated to step out of your comfort zone and do something different. That is, you will tolerate the problem rather than tolerate the uncertainty and discomfort of change.

Instead, think about this...

You will get the change you want if you are prepared to tolerate the discomfort of making the change.

What change will you make?
