Do you admire your colleagues for their good activities?
Do you admire your colleagues for their good activities??
Do you commend your coworkers on a job well done? Do you acknowledge your coworkers' efforts when you're on a team? If you do, how frequently do you do it?
We spend the majority of our time and energy at work, but we frequently treat each other as if we are strangers. And when it comes to verbal compliments, most of us don't bother, even though we know it's free.
Generally, employers/managers prefer to write good things about their coworkers only in performance reviews. But frequent compliments for coworkers are the best way to express gratitude, appreciation, and encouragement as daily motivation.
Rather than complimenting a coworker behind closed doors or via email, it is highly recommended that you do so during a team meeting or a public speaking session at your workplace.
Also, according to a CareerBuilder survey, 50 percent of employees believe turnover would go down if managers recognized their efforts more frequently. The same analysis showed that 40% of employees would not like to go above and beyond if their managers take their contributions for granted.
Obviously, It matters to managers' skills and understanding of employees. If we notice our office environment, we see the honesty, obedience, and well-wishers of the company or teams, but they have no opportunities to show up their expertise. Because the manager is not an upper-skilled person, many employees leave the workplace and find a new one.
Besides, quality workers often leave the job. But why does he leave work??We should investigate why old workers leave the job, As a result, we will become more productive than the newcomers.?if we try to value them.
