You can't have growth without momentary discomfort. So you have to do the WORK. In the KINGDOM we have the concept of the CELL..... going inside to look at the real reason why you are getting the results you are getting.
The weak way is to blame the other person for the state of the RELATIONSHIP. However when we use the CELL and go inside ourselves to change our inner world, we can change ourselves and that provides the space for a SHIFT to occur that is when the RISE happens. The SHIFT is to have insight... to see the situation from another perspective, that then provides another solution. The RISE is when we find the COURAGE, DESIRE and CERTAINTY to IMPLEMENT the insight.
You cant just focus on COMMUNICATION though. If that becomes good and your broke or really unfit and your business is crap you still have a problem in the KINGDOM that is going to affect the status of the RELATIONSHIP.
So its an all in PROCESS. We call it DOING THE WORK.
