?The best employees are seldom looking for a

position. ?Only 5 to 10% of employees are actively looking at job

postings. That is why companies occasionally need help finding them for you.

Please allow me to share some recruitment tips that we learned in the last 34

years.?

Referrals :

?The best place to find candidates is by asking current employees whom they worked with in the past that were good and paying them a bonus if they can bring the candidate in.

TIP: Pay a small bonus just

for the candidate coming in to interview ($500 to $1000). ??If they

are hired, then pay the employee another bonus, usually in the thousands of

dollars, based on position.?What is a good ASM, Collector, Remarketing

Manager or Credit Underwriter worth to your company???

?Job Postings:?

InDeed, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn are several of the best job sites.?I bet you are already using them.

TIP: To make these postings much more effective, ?do not post just a “job description and responsibilities.”??Your posting will be much more effective if you

follow this formula:

- Tell the reader about your company. What stands

out about it, makes it special?

- Share your philosophy on your dedication to both

employee and customer satisfaction

- When you think your posting is ready to be

?published, have another set of eyes look at it and ask, “Does this

posting answer the question, why should I quit my job, turn down a counter

offer and take your?position?”???
