Some people believe that learning from the successful people how to be success that it will help those followers to be successful too. Actually, this will give those followers a wrong hope. Because everyone is different than each other. Like you can learn from God, but you will never be God. 

What people should do is learning from their own mistakes and do what they can but not what they can’t. If people can’t learn from their mistakes, they will be just like the elected stupid, cunning and madness (Scam) president who always deny the facts and believe he is right. That’s “NO COLLUSION” “FAKE NEWS” “WITCH HUNT”!
