Do we need to make a change for Gen Z?
As per recent research by McKinsey,
Gen Z is occupying most of the work spaces today and is expected to dominate the workforce by 2025. (Source- office principal)
And they have taken no time in demanding change, right from constant and constructive feedback from their superiors to getting their respective companies to do more than just offer products and services, through their exemplary leadership skills.
It has been commonly noted that Gen Z is more purpose-driven as compared to other generations and will build a brand connect solely based on whether or not the brand is inclined towards building a bigger change. Companies are hence expected to have a more streamlined vision in terms of socioeconomic benefits moving forward. (Source - YouGov)
