Do we need a family networking platform?

Facebook has approx 241 Million active users in India. Another official statement says that 10% of profiles are fake. So, it remained with 217 Million genuine active users. 101 Million of Facebook users in India are of age group 35+. Out of current 300 Million Smartphone users in India, 83 Million are not using Facebook and it is supposed to have 150+ million users to be increased by 2022 which would majorly come from rural part of India by being enabled by reasonable internet services by Jio and other telecom operators.
Age group 35+ is majorly connected to family & relatives or the person they know physically. The coming 150+ rural users would also initially connect with family & relatives. And it’s interesting to study why the existing smartphone users in India aren’t able or don’t want to use Facebook.
Here, I think of a family networking platform which drives the 35+ and rural/sub-urban users as per their general behaviors and according to Indian cultural activities, which enables the 25+ user to search a desired profile to get marry, with reference to a relative or known person and can verify the profile on other side by its family network. A platform which enable user to manage the family functions such as birthday party/marriage ceremony/condolence meetings easily. Where, user can send/receive gifts and money on e-wallets on different festivals and can pay for utilities bills for their family members.
A platform, which enable users to share knowledge, memories, love & blessings and to call & chat free among their vast family network.
Make sense?
