Being a business owner for over 22 years has given me tremendous experience in looking under the hood of many types of businesses. As Thomas Jefferson did, I embrace a the idea of lifelong learning. I am fascinated by the different businesses I have encountered over the years and have made it my business to learn as much about them as I can. I've also encouraged my employees to follow my lead and learn as much about our clients and potential clients as we can.

Do we know your business? If not today then we make it our number one priority to understand your business and the challenges that you may have. I was asked by one of my larger automotive dealers to sit with them for an entire day and learn about the "flow" of the business first hand. I was asked to try to identify possible ways that technology could assist them in their daily job functions. I found it fascinating and was able to add some insight into the services that we provide them (hosted VoIP) and make some changes to improved customer response times.

Do we know your business? We may have already been exposed to a similar business. It's not to say that every law firm or CPA firm is the same, but they do have similarities. We have also discovered many common denominators in these businesses and customer service ranks very high in the successful ones we have encountered.
