Do we know each other, again :O?
I would argue that at some point most of us have wondered if we will remain the same person in the future. Would anyone or could anyone even be able to change?
As a young man I was sure – no, definitely not. The people I know today will remain the same. Well, just a little older.
20 or 30 years later I've changed my mind, or at least I wasn't so sure anymore.
But then again. What about you? What is your opinion on this topic?
Today I saw this amazing speech by @ShankarVedantam on #TED. (check it out on https://www.ted.com/talks/shankar_vedantam_you_don_t_actually_know_what_your_future_self_wants). I won't get away too much, but he does point out some very strong arguments.
?Why should that even matter on LinkedIn?
?Because the answer to this question, whether we would be able to change our worldview and behavior patterns, plays a crucial role in our attitude and the way we meet our OLD-NEW colleagues on a daily basis.

2 年Thank you,?Eduard Chernavin, for this meaningful TED video. I believe people can change their mindset, behaviour, attitude, way of acting and values. Periodically we do it under the circumstances of facing new situations or challenges.? As for me, the main idea about change is consciousness and a sense of purpose. I modify myself whenever I strive to achieve my next life goal.
