Do we all need discipline ?

Hello everybody,  How are you all ?

Again here I am with one of my most discussing Topic .

what I see , generally we all use a word frequently at least once in a day ie: 'Discipline'.And during an interview round I had to face the same question "explain Discipline ".

what I replied that time not remember now ,but I started my researches on this word ,and very much surprised to see that there is no any specific definition OR the meaning of this UNIQUE word.
I went through many books on Philosophy ,Socials ,Education ,Army, dictionaries,and searched a lot on the NET also ,but there I found that everybody defined it according to his own experiences .So I thought to define it in my own way .Whether it is wrong or right I do'nt know but this is my own view.
So please do'nt bother.
At first I started to search out the field of this word.Here I again surprised to see that there was not a single field left where this word did'nt touch.Our body, Plants,Nature,Our family,Universe, even in the region of artificial things .
Think to answer some of my queries :-
(1)Is our body work in discipline ?
(2)Do the plants work in a disciplined way?
(3)Do the nature follow discipline ?
(4)Do all we maintain the discipline in our family ?
(5)Do all the universal bodies run according the discipline ?
If the answer of all above questions is 'YES' that mean no any Field was left.
Am I right ?
So what is the discipline ?
A time bounded work, A mannered society ,A bundle of justified rules ,A systematic pattern of the job ,An honest judgement , What is ?
No doubt that all above examples are of DISCIPLINE.
I found that there was no specific definition or area of discipline too. It has so many faces , many situations ,a lot of meanings ect. ect.
The feeling not to disturb others ,a strong discussion without thinking about relationship and friendship,to be most punctual any time,to guide our younger,obeying of our elders,sleep timely at night,brushing teeth daily,a week has 7 days,each universal body moves accordingly always,we have growth,leaves do photosynthesis, army fight for country,the planning for future,etc. all these jobs are the example of DISCIPLINE.
So I was unable to find the corner where DISCIPLINE was absent.
I thought to define it with my own words :-
Discipline is a word which makes the every thing (Person,Institution,Organisation,Department,Army,Ministry,Country,Nature and the whole universe )as follow
D:-Decent                   I:-intelligent                     S:-Sober             C:-Cultured     I:-Ideal                        P:-Progressive                L:-Limitative        I:-Imitative     N:-Non pareil              E:-Effectful

It is my philosophical view but it has a new face too.
By numerology
As all we know that DISCIPLINE is made up of 10 words.So according numerology it will
1+0= 1
It mean the NO. ONE
Again if put the place values of each letter as per its no. in alphabatical order , like A=1 and Z=26 than what we get . Just see .
D=(04), I=(09), S=(19), C=(03), I=(09), P=(16), L=(12), I=(09) ,N=(14) ,E=(05) .
Now sum all these values :-04+09+19+03+09+16+12+09+14+05 =100
100 means 1+0+0 = 1
Again very surprising . Is'nt it?
OK ,Now we try for one kind of the different value .
What if we just add the single digit numbers of each value . Like D=0+4 =4 , and I=1+9 = 10 again 1+0 =1
Now try for this pattern .
D = 04 = 0+4 =   4
I = 09 = 0+9 =    9
S = 19 = 1+9 = 10,
                                         again here 1+0 = 1
C = 03 = 0+3 =  3
I = 09 = 0+9 =   9
P = 16 = 1+6 =  7
L = 12 = 1+2 =  3
I = 09 = 0+9 =   9
N = 14 = 1+4 =  5
E = 05 = 0+5 =  5
Now add them again , and see the result  :-
4 + 9+ 1 + 3 + 9 + 7 + 3 + 9 + 5 + 5 = 55
again it will be 5+5 = 10 and that is 1+0 = 1
So what you all are thinking ? Is that same as me ?
RIGHT any how it comes ' ONE ' , the NO. ' 1 '
It has proved that where the DISCIPLINE is , The position and Rank will always be No. 1 .
Abraham Lincoln , Dhirubhai Ambani , Gulshan Kumar and our Honble. Shri Narendra Damodardas Modi are some most powerful examples of following  Discipline.
What are you waiting for?
What position you want to get ?
Which rank you dream ?
And at last , What you all have to do ? to make all your dreams true .
