Do not try cheating the tri-constraint....

Do not try cheating the tri-constraint....

The scope-resource-time inter-dependence to the delivery of quality products must be honored...

You need to staff the project adequately and provide the amount of time needed to accomplish the set scope for the delivery of a product or to derive the outcome that you set out to accomplish at the quality that you need it at.

And then there is the critical path... You can only go so far pulling in project durations for the natural sequence of dependent tasks can only be done in a certain order....

The natural process to things must be respected and followed....

The only way to reap the harvest in fall is to plant in the sprint... and then weed, water, cultivate, and fertilize all of summer....

The only way to get back in shape is to eat right, workout right, and always burn more than you consume without giving up on those nutrients....

The only way to birth a baby is for the mother to toil for nine months while taking all the precautions needed to bring forth that healthy little one....

A practical man is one that understands this natural process, factors in realism and feasibility as the two vital variables and budgets accordingly, that things may turn out right... that his business may be profitable...

Putting nine men on the job that the baby may be brought out in one month is not merely gross lack of understanding of the tri-constraints, it is stupidity!!!

This is very true! Not working with in the triple constraint usually leads to ruin.
