Do NOT Train Employees ... Fuel Their Minds With Positive Thoughts

Every day employees come into the workplace typically on the back end of stresses such as the evening before or maybe in the morning when they have to get their kids on the bus. The way we fuel our minds really matters in terms of the type of employees and people we become. Think about somebody who watches the six o'clock evening news and passively listens to the radio in the morning. On the other hand, think about somebody who watches and listens to inspirational content such as video that fuels their mind positively. Which of these two are likely to be the more productive and positive teammate? Much like dieting what we put in our body affects how our bodies work the same can be said of our minds. When we watch inspirational content and complete some form of physical fitness we tend to immediately feel great right afterward. What if organizations strategically fueled the minds of their employees using positive content outside of the tactical training that is often provided to simply do jobs?

We had a client that was really struggling emotionally during the pandemic. People started to complain and gripe at each other during every day. We did something that was a little bit risky for four weeks we started to play inspirational videos at the start of each week at staff meetings. One of the videos it was about a young man named Robert who has Down syndrome who got to play in a basketball game on senior night and scored the final basket and got carried off the floor not by his team but by both teams. One video was about teamwork, and it was synchronized with eight positive concepts that were synchronized to powerful music. These were just two of the four videos they watched over 30 days and what was amazing was the transformation of people and how they behaved and how they acted towards one another. It's much like dieting what we put in our bodies affects how our bodies look and work and the same thing can be said for our brain. If we fuel our brain with the six o'clock evening news and the radio driving into work every day our minds are going to become very arduous. On the other hand, what if we field people’s minds positively and prompted them to think and feel differently before they started their work?

We have created a unique program that fuels the minds of employees positively in just minutes and is trackable in terms of their progress and engagement with the content called The Coaching Co-Pilot: Get more info here: https://form.jotform.com/222113253079044
