I've done over 400 linkedin profile reviews this year.
And there are 3 main problems I see with 90%+ of linkedin profiles that you can easily fix in 30min and will set you WAY apart from your competition.

1 | It's not clear what you offer
Now you might THINK it's clear to everyone, but if your ideal client can't figure it out in less than 3 seconds...they're out.
And that's a bummer.
You got them to come over, but your house wasn't ready.
It was a bad vibe, so they leave, onto your competitor.
Shoot.
HOW TO FIX IT:
-Update your banner with your branding and some simple text that tells people what you offer. Be clear, not clever.

2 | It's not clear who you help
This is crucial because people only read the first 5-10 words of your headline when they're scrolling around linkedin.
And THAT'S what determines whether or not they click into your profile.
So make it about THEM and not about YOU.
And when they get to your profile, they need to know they're in the right place.?
So be extremely clear about who you help.
HOW TO FIX IT:
-Update your headline with the "WHO, WHAT, HOW" framework... ----Who do you help
--What do you help them achieve
--How do you help them (your process, methodology, formula, system, etc)

3 | It's not clear what your prospect should do next
This is probably the #1 biggest reason why people say "linkedin doesn't work for me".
They simply aren't providing a way to convert their visitors into leads.
Why?
Because most people don't tell their prospects how to take the next step!
HOW TO FIX IT:
-Add your call-to-action link or custom buttom at the top of your profile.
-Add a call-to-action link in your Featured Section.
-Add Services you offer to your profile.

Those links can go to:
-A form
-A guide
-A video training
-A call booking page
-A picture of your dog
Seriously, add your call-to-action in those places and thank me later.
If you fix these 3 things I can tell you with 100% certainty that you will be leaps and bounds above 90% of your competition.
