Do Something Great

Do Something Great

"You know you deserve all good things life has to offer... no matter what happens on your journey" ~ as said to me by a dear friend

The bluebird appears in my life when "stuff" is confusing and/or challenging. I see them in trees, in print, hear songs about them, and I even found a blue feather once. Chances are you have experienced something similar in your life. Are you paying attention to what's going on when it happens?

Do you believe the universe is conspiring for you? It's a freindly universe just waiting for you to seek out the seemingly hidden messages and manifest the best version of you. Are you ready to explore how to anchor on the emotions that move you to creation?

If these concepts resonate with you, let's get this conversation started. Dr. Joe Dispenza explores how our mind and matter are completely entangled in his book, Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself. I was gifted this book end of last year but just now got the courage to read it.

My initial reaction to the title was... well why would I want to do that? I love who I am... To my delight what I have uncovered a catalyst to the change that has been banging around in my head for awhile. You know, those bluebird moments that catch your attention but your are not quite sure what to do about it.

Have you asked yourself how your life could change if you learned how to harness the power of the infinite possibilities in a way that will allow you to create the reality you choose? Dr. Dispenza asserts the energy of inifite possibilities is shaped by the conscious mind. Think of how often we go through our day mindlessly. No awareness of our conscious or unconcious thoughts.

When we learn to sharpen the skill of observation and intentionally impact our destiny we have no choice but to become the idealized version of ourselves. Our physical body is organized by patterns of energy and information allowing us to amplify and broadcast our unique energetic signal. It's like when we meet someone for the first time but feel as though we have known them for an eternity. Our energies are entangled. Who is ready to explore this with me?

If I had a superpower, I would be a healer. I believe Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself is like a blueprint to achieve the one thing I was born to do, connect to the energies of the universe and amplify healing for others. This is my intentional thought.

To change your life is to change your energy. Starting today, I am not going to allow my external environment to control my internal environment. Instead, let's all choose to change our internal environment to see how the external environment can be altered. My first step is to take my intentional though and add an energizing emotion... love.

"Surrender, Trust and Let It GO!!!"

Let's work together to move from "cause/effect" to "causing effect". Let's get back what we send out. Our gratitude meditations will become filled with all the things that have not happened because we are so connected to our intention. I am so grateful for all of the people who read this and respond by evangalizing how this conscious shift is positively impacting their lives.

Where do you start?

  1. Ask - Use your feelings to support your ask to amplify and intensify the frequency (your signal).
  2. Believe - Don't worry about the how. Faithfully believe it is yours using your mind and your heart.
  3. Receive - Starting with your ask, feel you have already received it. See it, feel it, taste it, hear it, touch it... because it will be yours.

Don't believe this works? This is exactly how I manifested my current role at Fitlife Foods. I didn't do it on my own, I let many other people help me but we got it done. LinkedIn is a powerful tool. Let's get to know eachother on a deeper level in 2022.
